Information
Christos Place offers self-catering holiday homes for 2 – 5 people in Paleochora and Anidri.
Each of our holiday homes is powered by a photovoltaic system and a heat pump, thus helping to reduce the environmental impact. Depending on the season, they have air conditioning or ceiling cooling (fan coils) and underfloor heating.
- Further comfort is provided by free internet access and a free car park directly at the houses.
- Our holiday homes can be booked all year round via our website.
- Monthly lettings of the maisonettes are possible during the winter months.
- Smoking is only permitted outside the holiday homes.
For a successful start in our holiday homes, we provide you with a small welcome pack with our own olive oil, vinegar, mountain tea, filter coffee, sugar, salt and pepper.
The maisonettes in Paleochora were not designed as holiday homes, but as residential homes. This is reflected in the generous amount of space and the technical equipment.
In addition to the many amenities, you can enjoy terraces on the lower and upper floors with uninterrupted views of the sea.
As well as a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as ovens, four hobs, a large fridge with triple freezer shelves and a dishwasher. Smart TV in the living area with Netflix, Apple TV, You Tube etc., free access to washing machine and tumble dryer make your stay even more comfortable.
Our 6 holiday homes in Anidri are located at a sufficient distance on a large old olive grove and all have their own entrance. They are all equipped with a kitchen with two ceramic hobs, fridge and microwave. In the garden you will find some herbs for cooking.
The houses have a comfortable bathroom, box-spring beds, air conditioning, underfloor heating, telephone and satellite TV. In five of the houses there is a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area for an extra person.
Children
In Anidri, experience shows that many children are not able to enjoy nature as much as adults. There are no special offers for children on the resort. In addition, they are dependent on the car transport available to them. The footpaths to the sea or to Paleochora are too long (45 – 75 minutes each way) and too dangerous for children to do on their own. The terraces have no railings so that you can enjoy the marvellous view and are not designed with safety standards in mind for small children.
In contrast to the Anidri cottages, the holiday homes in Paleochora are definitely suitable for children. Older children in particular have the opportunity to roam around the village without their parents, play on the football pitch or go to the beach on their own. The holiday homes themselves are safe, but not explicitly built to be “childproof”, so care must be taken with smaller children, for example when fencing off the terrace, which is only a knee-high wall due to the good view of the sea.
