Prices
We rent our houses for a minimum stay of three nights. For a valid booking we ask for a deposit of 30 percent of the total. For a stay of 2 weeks or more, you will receive a discount of 10% on the total price.
The prices include all legal fees. An additional environmental tax of €1.50 per day is payable at the time of booking.

Request form
When you complete this form, we ask you to keep in mind that this is only a booking request, and not a firm reservation. As soon as we receive your request, we will contact you and inform you about availability. Once we have established together that the cottage you want is available for the requested period, we will ask you to pay the deposit (30% of the total rent). As soon as we have received your deposit, your reservation is confirmed and becomes binding.
Winter bookings: For lettings over the winter months, please contact us.
Cancellations and premature endings of your stay:
We do not charge a cancellation fee if you cancel more than 91 days before the beginning of your booking period. If you cancel less than 90 days before your booking period, we will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit you paid, unless you are able to find another guest who will honour the contract under the same conditions. Should you terminate your stay prematurely, or arrive late, you are liable for the full rental amount.
