Here are the general Christos Place policies.
Since these may vary depending on room type, please also check the room description.

– One child under 1 year of age is offered a bed. No extra charge.

– Children over 1 year of age or adults are charged per day per person when using existing beds.

– Maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

– A baby cot is available upon request.

– Pets are not allowed.

– Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

– The accommodation does not include meals.

– Private parking is for free within the accommodation area.

– Individually controlled A/C and heating is not charged.



– During communication with us, you will be asked for a deposit of 30% of the total amount, so that your booking is valid.

– All payments (full payment, deposit) can be made by Bank Deposit or by Credit Card.

– All reservations are on “hold” until we receive your deposit for this booking.

– NO reservation is considered “confirmed” unless we have received a deposit or full payment of the booking.



– You will be asked to pay the remaining amount of the booking (full amount minus deposit) on the day of your arrival.

– Payment can be made by cash or credit card. Accepted credit cards are:
Visa, Mastercard.

– Due to the fact that the hotel has very few rooms, and our policy is strictly, first book – first serve.

– In case of Cancellation of up to 61 days prior to your arrival, you will be refunded your deposit in full.

– In case of Cancellation from 60-11 days prior to your arrival, you will NOT be refunded your deposit.

– In case of No Show or Cancellation 10 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged 100% of your total booking amount.

– You will have full refund of your deposit or the total booking amount, if you are able to find another guest who will honour the contract under the same conditions.

– If you terminate your stay prematurely, or you arrive late, you are liable for the full rental amount.

You can reply to the email in the confirmation email sent to you upon your booking.

If you decide to pay via Credit Card, then we will request that you forward us your Credit Card details via a secure web page (Name, Surname, Card Number, Expiry date, CVV number).

– Your personal information and credit card are used through the secure connection Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The model uses a protocol SSL encryption to ensure that your data is protected and not viewed or used by others. All credit card details are handled by a secure payment system that has a digital security certificate.

Christos Place does not retain any credit card details, which are used in accordance with Greek law and only for the purpose of completing the transaction.

– When you decide to proceed with a booking, then your personal data is sent to the hotel and are used according to the Greek legislation only to ensure proper delivery of services of booking. Your personal information can not be published or shared with third parties without your written consent.



– Prices include taxes, there are no other charges.
