Maisonettes – Villas in Paleochora

The maisonette stone villas in Paleochora Eos and Selini are located in the newly developed neighborhood by the harbor, just three minutes from one of the longest and most beautiful sandy beaches in Greece. In other words, right in the centre of town and yet away from the hustle and bustle.

Both maisonettes are identically furnished and have two bedrooms, each with a large double bed (CoCo Mat) and two bathrooms with large showers, spread over two floors. They also offer two terraces on the lower and upper floors with an unrestricted view of the sea. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a cosy living area contribute to a comfortable stay.

Enjoy the advantages of the stone houses with high standard directly by the sea. You can cater for yourself or have breakfast or dinner in one of the many restaurants or tavernas. 

Paleochora is not only beautiful in summer but also in winter. We offer monthly rentals during the winter months.

A car is not absolutely necessary, but free parking is available.
